How these numbers are made

LandMe reads U.S. employers' own job systems (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever and 28 others) and records when each listing appears, closes and reopens. "New" counts only listings that first appeared on a board already being read, so newly found boards don't inflate it. Pay is shown only where at least 10 listings state it. Figures as of Nov 4, 2026.
